Is it possible the meta data is out of date for the table? If so, SDT will write a new header for the table that doesn't match what it should be, because the information it has is wrong. Validate the meta data using the SDT Database Explorer and try again. If you still see the problem, please zip up and email me your DBC, meta data tables, and the one table in question (I don't need the other tables from your DBC) and I'll see if I can reproduce this.
