I need to post to a web form without IE5.

I have tried and get an error - which I think is from
not including the header(of the web page).
I am not sure what header I need to send.
I am hoping somebody here has done this with West-Wind wwipstuff.
and maybe has an idea. I have the web page source which I can email or post but I am not sure how to post so the html is displayed as
text.
