The only time my form doesn't work is when I put COPY TO ARRAY in the Init of the Form, then I have a locking problem, otherwise my form is relatively simple, clean and short and sweet and works perfectly in a multi-user networked environement with pessimistic buffering turned on.

Oh, by the way, the form has all the nav buttons like New, Edit, Delete, Find, First, Last, Prev, Next, and Exit. It's a simple data entry type of form.
