You might try storing the layout as a permanent macro to the laser, and then invoking the macro programmatically; this works well in situations where you bypass Windows print facilities entirely. Use of the Generic printer driver bypasses most translation, but limits font and position control. THere are third-party add-ons; Craig likes one recent offering; there;s demo in the files section. You can also use another tool like Word or HTML that have more extensive layout control but require different programming techniques, And there's at least a rumor of an FRX2WORD converter being tested even now,
