I have no control over their operating environment, as I'm not working onsite (if fact, I've never met the client). The app will also be used on numerous networks at other locations, too.

However, I have experimented with loaders in the past, and they work great---as long as no one deletes the loader itself. I set it up initially to allow me to update EXEs without having everyone get off the network. I used VB to create a pop-up menu of all the EXEs I wanted it to support. When someone clicked on a selection, its EXE would be copied to their TEMP directory (along with FOXUSER and any other support files), where it was then launched.
