I should clarify that this works okay normally. What I did was accidentally choose the Setup Wizard again after setting up my preference set and exiting it and then going into the Relationships Editor.

I then noticed that the tables in the Join Tree were the ones from the sample tables ( Cars, Expenses, Etc ). I am in the correct preference set because when I return to the Data Dictionary the correct fields appear.
