I agree this could be an issue, but I doubt anyone would pursue it. As long as another person does not "run" vfp6.exe (as implied by the EULA)and enter the design/development environment, I believe they would not be in violation of the EULA.

Of course, I am not an attorney...I could be wrong <s>.

Then if that person who sits at that computer every day by chance uses an aspect of VFP or Visual Studio, then she is in violation. I think that Visual Studio installs a lot of things that I use outside of Visual Studio in some day to day operations.
