This is because you are using the Form wizard, the navigation bar is in the class library WIZSTYLE.VCX
located at the Wizard folder of your main VFP folder.
But you can modify it to avoid this screen.
I have this class modified if you wish I can send it to you.
To modify, before make a Backup of your class container (wizstyle.vcx and wizstyle.vct),
add the class to one project and Look for the class txtbtns, modify the button add that call the form and
assign the values manually.
Well at this time I don't remember all the changes, but isn't difficult to make this.

Note: my modified class is the wizstyle.vcx that come with VFP 5 but is very similar to that come with VFP 6.
