We support a couple basic formats in our application. We then use the MailMerg class in the FFC to allow the user to use Word. Word supports about a billion label formats and does some other things that most users need. Look at the sample for in the FFC samples for how to use it. We don't have a lot of people using it yet, but in our testing it seems to work really nice.

It allow you set a property in the class for labels, envelopes, or letters. Let me know if you need any help.
