I remember about 3 years ago I was very deeply involved with creating a web system for the Navy. So involved that I forgot that a particuliar Monday was a holiday and I came to work. Drove 40 miles to get here.
But the interesting thing about it was that my carpool partner, who is also a programmer, was there to be picked up. Stupidity loves company.
We drove in and noticed that the building was dark. Then it dawned on us about the Holiday.
