I've got it running on a small network with just a couple users in it. Speed seems to be fine. I limited the number of displayed rows for the list box to 100 to keep the speed good. When only 1 letter was typed in, the query was fast, but loading of the list was taking forever. Once I limited the displayed results to 100, it was fine.
