First, you need to capture the form(s) to a graphics format with a screen capture utility. There are some commercial ones available, you could also use George Tasker's Obj2BMP utility available here in the Files section.

Second, your clients do not need the full PowerPoint program to view your presentation. Microsoft provides a free viewer which can be downloaded from their site.
