Off the top of my head you could do this a few ways:
1) Automate Word to create the quote with graphic. Email this as an attachment.
2) Create a plain text quote, and attach the graphic. Email it.
3) Create a normal VFP report then use John Kozoil's FRX2Word to convert it to word, then send it as an email attachment. (see the files section here)
4) Use Crystal reports to create an HTML or other format report and email this as an attachment
5) Get Adobe Acrobat and print your VFP report to PDF file and email it.
