As I can access the newsgroup for Devigus I have posted question there about use of the profiler with the framework. I'll let you know.

As to what might have caused the change, without direct involvement thats tricky. I notice you where installing VSS the other day. Could that be involved ?

You could try setting up a smaller VFX test project on your development PC and run the profiler aginst that and see how the results compare with running the profiler against your main application.
