I have a large 2.6a application that I am distributing. When I use the Setup wizard in 2.6 I receive the "Incorrect Number of Bytes Written to Disk" error when running the exe. I have an 8MB zip file contained in the setup, which is what it chokes on every time. I tried adjusting the SPLITSIZE in the DKSETUP.INI to various settings with no positive results.

Then I got the idea to use the Setup Wizard in FVP 5.0a. The setup runs successfully, but during the message "Installing components..." at the end, and prior to launching the post EXE the Setup program stops responding. I do an End Task and the post EXE launches and proceeds on its merry way.

In the VFP setup wizard Step 2, Specify Components I only checked the Microsoft Graph 5.0 runtime, or nothing at all. If I check the Visual Foxpro runtime option I get even more problems running Setup. Besides, since it is a 2.6 app, I don't need these options. I tried just about every combination.

Any ideas? Everything installs fine, but to have this problem in a setup routine for end users is not an option. Thanks in advance for your help.
