I have two forms which I think should behave similarly but don't.

Both are called by DO FORM xxx NAME xxx. In one case the form is instantiated and immediately control is returned to the calling program (form remains in screen), whereas in the other case the cursor appears in first field awaiting input, which is the desired behavior for both forms.

What's up?
