As I stated in one of my other replies, I don't believe IE installs the WSH engine. It only installs the VBScript and JScript Engine. The scripting engines are used by WSH.

We're doing an overnight load of Outlook2K/IE5 tonight, and I found a user without WSH (and IE4 only) and will check tomorrow to see if it gets installed. That would be great, since our entire agency is moving to IE5 in the next few weeks, so WSH would be guaranteed. If it doesn't - well, there's no harm in waiting till tomorrow to check it.
