I am submitting a request to our IS guys for a quote on setting up an NT server to do n-tier application development. Browser front-end, VB/VFP COM components with a SQL/Server backend. Hopefully all on one server. What goodies should I ask them to include in the quote besides the server hardware?

NT4/2000 Server Software
Internet Information Server
SQL Server
Microsoft Transaction Server
Web Connect?
Adobe Acrobat? (one way to do web reports)
Crystal Reports?
Rational Rose? (or other object/data modelling tool)

... anything else? I already have Visual Studio Enterprise. Do I need any SQL or NT client licences if this is a webserver.
