Leave the page length alone. While modifying the report form, click on File/Page Setup. Then click on Print Setup. Click on Properties button and look for option to print on both sides.

After you modify the report, you will open the FRX as a table -- use myreport.frx. In the FIRST RECORD only, you delete the contents out of the Tag and Tag2 fields. In the EXPR field, you would only delete the first 3 lines. You should also then see a line that indicates double-sided printing.
