One other thought... I just noticed NT4 Workstation, which means you won't be running IIS, but rather PWS. Should work pretty much the same, but there can be little differences. I have run development on Win98 with PWS successfully, so I think you'll pretty much be OK, although configuration of the Web Server is done with a different interface.
