Sorry for my late reply because yesterday was our public holiday.
I checked my registry of my machine. I didn't find {0002DF01-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} Internet Explorer(Ver 1.0)
from HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID. However, I could find your description from ANOTHER machine which was uninstalled IE3.02.
My machine installed Internet Explorer is ver3.02 Chinese version and Netscape ver3.01. Do you have any idea?
