I'm just starting to figure out the application object. One thing seems odd though.

Why do you "release" the object as soon as it's created and the form is running?
I'm following an example made by a built in wizard.

public oApp
oApp = CREATEOBJECT("testapp")
oApp.Showform && this method has "READ EVENTS"
release oApp
