For our grid class I created a method, which Format Grid's column widths. If you're interested, e-mail me at work and I'll send you the code.

BTW, I also include two properties in my grid class: AllowIncremental and ShowMemo. If first property is set to true, I use InGrid to allow Incremental search in a grid (I modified this class a little, so it works as a normal textbox, if parent or parent.parent not in ReadOnly, otherwise it allows incremental search). If ShowMemo is set to true, I use Cetin's expanded editbox.
