Hi Frank,

If you are using VFP 6, there is a control called _resizable in the _contrls.vcx in the ffc. It can be dropped on a form and in the resize of the form, you call the AdjustControls method of the _resizable object. If you open the Component Gallery, click on the search button (the button with the binoculars), type the word resize and press OK, you will see the class.

I have not used this class, so I cannot tell you how well it works.
