PMFJI, it's not so much a bug as a remnant of days gone by. Wait Window's parameters are given in row/column rather than pixel location, so scalemode won't (shouldn't) affect it.

With 7.0 they've demo'd a MessageBox enhancement that will probably mean we won't need Wait Window at all anymore. (MessageBox won't require a keystroke.)
