If you are talking about the main VFP desktop window then try downloading my Desktop Events library from Files->Win32API and Others. This will allow you to monitor the resize event of the main desktop window.

If you are talking about a top level form then use the Resize() event in conjunction with the WindowState property (0 - Normal, 1 - Minimised, 2 - Maximised).
