Maybe in a Constants file [myapp.h]? Modify a form and look at the form's caption property. Or in the INIT, LOAD, ACTIVATE, SHOW methods of the form. Look at the code in the parent form class if necessary. That will give you [and us] a better idea of the code used to set the form captions.
