Well, it could be either one, I guess :) Couldn't find any MSDN info on it when I checked, but it may be too recent an addition to be in there or something.
Anyway, excellent, this means that all machines will have WSH2 within about a month. I will still do a check to be safe, but I can assume it's there by default now, and just issue a message to "see administrator" and halt if not found, which should be never...
