It's not included? Hmm. If you have a fairly fast connection you might be able to download it from
http://www.msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/resources/subdwnld.asp which is the subscriber download section. I have a 28.8 connection here and it's pretty brutal downloading a 300MB file. <g>
I bit the bullet and purchased a Universal last year and it's up for renewal in June/July at ~US$2000. Ouch! Still, if you use everything it's a real bargain as it contains everything.
