Does anyone know where the conbo box Itemtip property derives its colors from and can they be controlled by the developer?

It seems that standard Tooltips colors must be derived from a different source since I am seeing a different forecolor between Tooltips and Itemtips.

VFP5.0a running on WinNt4.0
