>>Is there a way to run a form in an .exe without a startup .prg so that the form runs on the windows desktop and appears in the taskbar? The DESKTOP property is set to .T. and the SHOWWINDOW property is set to 2 ("As Top-Level Form") but it doesn't work unless I specify READ EVENTS in a startup program and call the form from that. Any ideas?

>Just a note here. You don't need the Desktop property set to .T. when ShowWindow is 2. If you don't you'll lose the use of the WAIT WINDOW command.

Clarification: If the Desktop = .T. and ShowWindow = 2, no WAIT WINDOW. Simply leave Desktop as the default .F. to use it. Sheesh
