I've got it turned off, but the AD option is still there on the Settings menu and the desktop property sheet. On another machine I have Win95 and I omitted the AD option when I first installed IE4. That box doesn't do the task bar trick, so it must be part of AD regardless of whether AD is turned on or off.

I don't think W95 does it all, with or without AD from IE4.
