Just to make sure I'm following you, could you describe what is in your Dell 300?

I understand:

Dell 300
Internal zip drive
DVD (not working yet)

I think you said in another message that you were running RC2, so this was an upgrade, right?

Did W2K recognize the zip hardware automatically? Did it have a driver or did you provide one?
