You can use the calander function to see all the messages from the specific day.

Anyway, you can use the MAPI activeX Controls (probably on your system) to use a Simple MAPI client (Outlook Express or Inbox). Doug Hennig wrote some articles about that recently, and Nigel Coates has program that uses them somewhere here in the files section.
