Not everybody. There are still a few wasting their time with other products. (Just kidding, none of them are a waste of time, I just personally believe that WWWC is time better spent)

Like Perry said, WWWC takes all of the grunt work out of web development and lets you just write display and business logic.

WWWC was the first tool I picked up, and I knew absolutely nothing about Web development when I started, and it made it really easy to get in the "web" state of mind.
