I use a lesser known decompiler called RTOOLS or Fox Recovery Tools.

It definitely works with FoxPro, but I don't think he as of yet has a
version that supports any version of Visual FoxPro. I've decompiled
odds and ends with it and it really does work. It does other odd Fox
conversions, too.
