Assuming that each of these quotes has a unique key like quoteID you can create a group in your report on that key. Place fields in that group header band instead of the detail band and set all fields to stretch with overflow and set the group to start each new group item on a new page. Set the height of the Detail band to 0.

This should cause each quote record to print on as many pages as required and start each new quote on a new page. HTH
