The only books I used were HTML reference books, but I hear that Rick's Web Development with VFP is a really good one. There are several websites with really great resources, MSDN being the biggest one- www.15seconds.com for another. The best teacher though, is experience- dive in and start doing it. When you run into a specific problem, research it, and before you know it, you'll have a pretty well rounded knowledge base.
