Joe,

I'd strongly recommend you use completely separate classlibs/menus/forms, one for VFP5 and one for VFP6. Why are you having to keep a VFP5 version going at all?

>We are currently compling one of our applicaitons in both VFP 5.0 and VFP 6.0. We have probems when a developer modifies code in both classes and menus.

The class library is easily corrected by simply re-compling the class in 5.0; however, the menu will not open in 5.0. The database for the menu (MNX file) looks the same, but when you modify the menu in 5.0 you get the error that "Memo file is Invalid"
