Yes you can and i definitely need it for our html prototyping software (it creates lots of temp resources):)
WINSHELLAPI HRESULT WINAPI SHGetSpeciailFolderLocation ....
where a param is CSIDL_INTERNET_CACHE
API and C (if any) gurus welcome at this point
