Is your grid column bound to a field in the grid's RecordSource?
If so, which field?

How is the combo set up? Specifically, what are the RowSource and BoundColumn.

If this is not a simple issue of setting an InputMask of adequate length on the grid's column (it must be long enough to accommodate the width of the combo's DisplayValue), then more information is required to determine what is causing the problem.
