That's alright. I forgot to mention the sharing software

I set up the Win95 to share the drives and the printer.

>Do both machines have the same workgroup assigned?

The machines are connected by a hub, and there is only on Ehternet card in the Win95 machine (the laptop has PCMCIA card). Both machines have the same workgroup.
