I have been trying to develop my first internet/web application. I have the latest foxisapi download from MS, VFP 5.0, and the MS PWS off of the Visual Studio '97 cd's. I am running WIn95. I am hoping to be able to do some proof of concept pages (search for an invoice in an accouting database, etc.) and return a nice display of the invoice data, and the image of the return check from the bank. THe problem is that the whole setup will work for one request, and then crash out the system. I run VFP5, build the dll. Run the localhost/scripts/foxisapi/reset command. I then try to pull up the invoice with localhost/scripts/foxisapi/accnet.server.showinvoice?9704012. THe first time, the invoice will come back. After that the system just sits there. I tried loading VFP, building the dll, shutting vfp down. Loading PWS and MSIE, testing, and then shutting them down, thinking there was a conflict. Not only was there a lot of useless loading and unloading, but it didn't help. Since there isn't alot of documentation with this FOXISAPI, and how to use it, I am sure that I am doing something wrong. Can someone tell me how I should be going about this? And where can I find better documentation as to what the AP will do, and how to best work with it? Thanks a bunch.
