Hi John,

How did you go about installing it on the DELL, did you run an installation program you created with the setup wizard or did you just copy the files to the hard drive of the DELL?

If you did not use an install program, there may be several DLLs that did not get moved the machine and the DLLs (even if copied) would not be properly registered.
