I use an optiongroup to create a cursor, which is then set as the controlsource of a drop down list combobox. The combobox’s RowSourceType is Alias.

I know the cursor is read-only and since I’m not doing anything to it, thought it should be OK.

So, why when I select an item in the list does it report ‘The Record Is Read-Only’ in the status bar?
Do I need to use again in 0, or is it something else?
