However, when a particular week of a given month has no data a zero is printed in the group footer. How can I keep the zero from printing? I tried putting Evaluate(field(2)) > 0 in the print when true box. But this evaluates the last row only. Even if several rows have values for that week if the last row is blank no total is given.

If all you want is to see a blank field when that field is 0, then either use TRANSFORM(field[2],"@Z 9999") in your expression field or I think you can just put the @Z 9999 in the format field.

Include a enough "9"'s in your format to accomodate how big the number might be.
