As I could understand it's a form class. There are a few ways to do it. I'll just tell one (also compatible with VFP5-3) :
-create a new form
-Add classlib from form controls
-Drag&drop form onto your form (message will come up asking to create a form set-yes)
-Select first form
-Remove from formset
-Remove formset
