I tell her to ping the server from the workstaion and the other side two, and he tell's me,

"Ping 127.0.0.1 replies well whether in server or workstation.", so i don't read it to understand, that show's the IP is not working correctly.

I think he need to correct the IP and subnet mask as well if is wrong.

Try
Server
IP Adress 127.0.0.1
Mask 255.255.255.0

WorkStation

IP Adress 127.0.0.2
Mask 255.255.255.0

And reboot server and workstation.
