I don't think that an HTML help file is the best medium for a 'live' repository that will hopefully grow daily with additional contributions. I have no desire to "author" a comprehensive list of functions for incremental publication in a static document. I think it would be best to have a living document with no worries of versioning, that could be accessed dynamically.
