Colin,
Look in the directory where Project is installed - you should find a file that is named something like
database.wri . I don't have the exact filename and location at hand, though... But this document (75 pages) explains the structures and how to read/write into it.
Anyway, I haven't played with it yet, but I'm "scheduled" to start fooling with that in around a month (some more important things to work on first).
